Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and BibliXP, INC. (“we,” “us”), the company that owns Bibli Verse Puzzle. They govern your use of the Bibli Verse Puzzle website and the Bibli Verse Puzzle app for iOS and Android (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. The Service

The website is a marketing site with a playable verse-puzzle demo. The app lets you rebuild Bible verses as puzzles, follow a Journey, play a Daily puzzle, read Scripture, and unlock artist collections. Features may change as we improve the product. The website demo does not include store purchases or signed-in accounts.

The app uses product analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for them.

Accounts

You can play as a guest. Progress then stays on that device. Signing in with Apple or Google creates an account so progress and purchases can sync. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is abusing the Service or breaking these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or to harm others
• Interfere with, scrape, or overload the Service
• Attempt to access other people’s accounts or data
• Copy, resell, or redistribute the app, site, or artwork except as these terms allow
• Circumvent purchase or access controls

Subscriptions and purchases

Journey and Daily remain free to play. Premium gallery collections can be unlocked with a monthly or yearly subscription, or with a one-time purchase of a single collection. While your subscription is active, you have access to every premium gallery collection then in the catalog and to new premium collections we publish during that period. That access ends when the subscription expires or is cancelled. A one-time purchase unlocks only that collection, does not renew, and remains unlocked whether or not you have an active subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. You can restore purchases on a signed-in device. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store rules.

We do not guarantee that a particular collection, artist, or puzzle will remain available forever. If we remove content you already purchased or could play through an active subscription, we will try to leave it playable on devices that already have it, but we cannot promise that for every change.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by BibliXP, INC. or our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial enjoyment. Artwork in the Gallery and elsewhere remains the property of its creators. You may not reuse that artwork outside the Service without the artist’s permission.

Scripture

Puzzle wording comes from public-domain or otherwise permitted Bible translations, including the King James Version on the website. The app may also include other translations such as the World English Bible, American Standard Version, and the Hungarian Károli. Scripture is provided for personal reading and play. The Service is not a substitute for pastoral care, study in community, or professional advice.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you used only free features. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. If you continue to use the Service after an update, you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.

General

These terms are the entire agreement between you and BibliXP, INC. about the Service. If a court finds a part unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Consumer protections that cannot be waived in your place of residence still apply. These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would choose a different law.
