Who we are

Bibli Verse Puzzle is owned by BibliXP, INC. (“we,” “us”). This policy describes how we handle information when you use the Bibli Verse Puzzle website and the Bibli Verse Puzzle app for iOS and Android (together, the “Service”). Questions: contact@biblixp.com.

What this policy covers

The website is a marketing site with a playable demo. The app lets you solve verse puzzles, sign in, sync progress, and buy collections. We collect only what we need to run those features. We do not sell your personal information.

The website

You can use the website without creating an account. Puzzle completion badges (the verse, time, and date) stay in your browser’s local storage on this device. We may also store an appearance preference locally if you change it.

We do not set first-party analytics cookies, and we do not run our own advertising or analytics scripts on the site. The site is hosted on Vercel, which may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. Display fonts are loaded through Google Fonts.

The app

Guest play stays on your device: progress, settings (sound, haptics, appearance, Bible version, interests), and showcase choices are stored locally until you sign in.

If you sign in with Apple or Google, we create an account through Supabase. We receive the identifier those providers share with us (and an email address when they provide one) so we can back up and sync your progress and entitlements across devices.

You can delete your account in Profile. That removes the cloud account and its backup. Progress already saved on the device stays on the device. You can also email us at contact@biblixp.com.

Whether you play as a guest or sign in, the app also sends product analytics as described below.

Purchases

Subscriptions and collection unlocks are billed by Apple or Google through the App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. RevenueCat records which entitlements you own so the app can unlock the right content and restore purchases.

Analytics in the app

The app uses PostHog so we can see how people use Bibli Verse Puzzle and diagnose errors. We use that to improve the product. We do not use it for advertising.

Each install gets an analytics identifier. PostHog can receive technical details such as device type, operating system, app version, language, timezone, and screen size; the screens you open; when the app is installed, opened, or backgrounded; and product events such as starting or finishing a puzzle, changing a setting, viewing a paywall, or completing a purchase. When something fails, we may also send an error report. PostHog may receive an IP address with those events and derive an approximate location from it.

If you sign in, we attach those events to your account identifier and to preferences we already store (sign-in provider, Bible version, language, and whether you have an active subscription). We do not send your email address or payment card details to PostHog. Signing out resets the analytics identity on that device.

What we do not collect

In the app today we do not:

• Show ads or share data with advertising networks
• Collect push-notification tokens
• Send your email address or payment card details to our analytics provider

Third parties

These companies process information so the Service can work:

• Apple — Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases
• Google — Google sign-in, Google Play purchases, and website fonts
• Supabase — accounts and cloud progress sync
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase entitlements
• PostHog — product analytics and error reports in the app
• Vercel — website hosting and server logs

Each has its own privacy policy. We ask them only to process what is needed to provide the Service.

How we use information

• Run the website demo and remember badges on this browser
• Operate accounts, sync progress, and restore purchases
• Unlock content you bought or subscribed to
• Respond to support requests you send us
• Understand how the app is used and fix problems
• Keep the Service secure

How long we keep it

Local website and guest-app data stays on the device until you clear it. Signed-in account data is kept while the account exists, then removed when you delete the account, except where we must retain a limited record (for example, to complete a purchase dispute). Store receipts remain with Apple or Google according to their policies. App analytics events are stored by PostHog on our behalf. If you delete your account or want that data removed, email us and we will delete it where we can.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. Use in-app account deletion or email contact@biblixp.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Service changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
